Content Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks
  • Podcast support

    • Coordinate guest outreach, booking and scheduling for current and future podcasts.

    • Prepare guest briefings, interview outlines and talking points.

    • Liaise with producers/editors; review and log edit notes.

    • Draft supporting assets (show notes, metadata, episode descriptions, social captions).

    • Track approvals and publishing deadlines

  • Content & copywriting

    • Write and adapt short- and mid-form copy for CRM, website, paid and organic social, mobile app and partnership channels.

    • Ensure copy aligns with brand tone and meets FCA/insurance compliance requirements.

    • Proof and update website copy within CMS under guidance of the Content Lead.

  • Social & campaign coordination

    • Maintain content calendars and social publishing schedules.

    • Support in briefing design for social creative and paid campaigns.

    • Monitor basic performance metrics and flag learnings or optimisations.

  • Admin & collaboration

    • Maintain episode and asset trackers, content libraries and version control.

    • Coordinate with compliance, design, and marketing ops teams to ensure timely approvals and delivery.

Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in content, marketing, or communications (agency or in-house).

  • Excellent written English and ability to adapt tone for consumer audiences.

  • Comfortable handling admin tasks and project coordination.

  • Experience writing copy for email, social or web (portfolio required).

  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.

  • Confident using content tools (Google Workspace, CMS, scheduling platforms).

  • UK-based and able to attend office one day per week.

  • Bonus:

    • Familiarity with podcasts or production workflows.

    • Understanding of regulated-industry marketing (insurance, finance, healthcare, etc.).

    • Social media management experience.

    • Awareness of SEO principles or accessibility standards.

    • Experience with CRM tools (Mailchimp, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
